Complete the Contact Form
Please complete the contact form and we will call or video conference you at a
time of your convenience. We are also available to meet in person if you are local
to our area.
Our regular business hours are Monday thru Friday by appointment, but we are
also available to meet after hours or on weekends if needed. We look forward to
helping you grow your business!
Initial Communication by Phone, in Person, or via Zoom or Skype
Our initial meeting usually takes approximately 30-60 minutes during which we will discuss the initial scope of your project. Our team members will ask you several questions to help us understand your goals behind developing the application/website. We will also discuss an approximate delivery time and any additional details needed to provide you with your desired result.
Proposal with Cost Cstimate and Development Time
A project proposal will be emailed to you within two to three days, detailing the services we can provide together with a project timeline and price quote. Once you have reviewed the proposal, we will answer any questions you may have and make any required adjustments to the proposal. If we agree on the project cost, the timeframe, and the project scope, we will then sign the necessary Non Disclosure Agreements and draw up a contract.
Sign The Contract
Once we agree on the contract terms & conditions and payment schedule, both parties will sign the contract. The requirements will be finalized and any questions clarified. We are now ready to start development.
Discovery Meeting
A discovery meeting will be scheduled to gather all the necessary requirements and details needed to start your project. We will need to learn how your business works and how the website/application can make your business more successful. We will clarify your vision of the project and understand your goals as they relate to your new website/application. We’ll set expectations and define clear project objectives. We’ll share our successful strategies for building websites and applications and make suggestions based on our experience.
Mock-up Design
Once we have received all the necessary inputs, our team will create a Mock-up Design of your website’s homepage/application screen. This will be a preview page to give you an idea of the layout, the colors, the fonts, and overall “look and feel” of your future website/application. We will make any necessary revisions based on your feedback. We want you to be 100% satisfied with the website/application we develop for you. Once you give your approval of the mock-up screens/pages, our team will continue with the next phase of the development.
Testing and Delivery of your Project
We will update you weekly on the progress of your project. Once the project is ready, various tests will be performed such as Graphical User Interface, Regression, End to End, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing). After sign off, we will deploy the project to the server of your choice.
